Mark Rippetoen treeni kirjasta Starting Strength. Treenit A ja B vedetään vuorotellen, eli esim. viikolla 1: Ma - A, Ke - B, Pe - A (AxBxAxx) ja viikolla 2: Ma - B, Ke - A, Pe - B (BxAxBxx) jne.
